Independent, Non-Executive Board Member Vacancies (2)

These are voluntary, non-remunerated posts, however expenses incurred in carrying out Board duties will be fully reimbursed.

CDN’s mission is to maximise the impact of education for learners across colleges and Scotland’s wider tertiary system. We support that mission by developing people in education, leading systems change, promoting the impact of skills learning, whilst collaborating with partners to support the college and wider tertiary sector to develop best practice and enhance their delivery.

The timing of this opportunity could not be more opportune. With the recent launch of our three-year strategy in 2023, CDN has embarked on an exciting journey of growth and innovation. As the National Enhancement and Improvement agency for Scotland’s Colleges, we are developing our core services to the education system, diversifying our income-generating activities, and building upon our partnerships with many other organisations and agencies.

Our Board members attend four meetings each year, held alternately online and face-to-face.
